全膝关节置换术中股骨假体旋转力线参考轴及放置位置研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 全膝关节置换术中术者一般参考股骨解剖标志置放股骨假体。目前常用的股骨假体旋转力线参考轴有股骨前后轴、股骨后髁轴、股骨前皮质、股骨前髁轴、股骨上髁轴等。由于存在个体差异,股骨假体放置位置较理想位置可能存有一定程度的偏移。该文就全膝关节置换术股骨假体旋转力线参考轴及放置位置研究进展作一综述。
