摘要 应用型高校人才培养目标要求教师不但要在教学理念、教学模式和方法上与之同步发展,而且还应围绕应用型人才培养的质量保障体系,在原有的评价素养基础上,完善和提升自身的教育评价能力,旨在促进学生的全面发展。 Teachers should develop their teaching ideology,teaching mode and teaching methods in accordance with the requirements of the talents training objective of the application - oriented universities. However,it is more important for them to focus on the training quality assurance system of applied talents training and improve and enhance their educational evaluation ability on the basis of their original evaluation literacy so as to promote all - round development of the students.
