摘要
当前,我国保障房来源以新建为主,保障房来源渠道过于单一。从整个住房市场供求状况入手,分析部分商品房转化为保障房的必要性及可行途径,有利于我国保障房来源结构优化,在充分利用闲余商品房的同时,缓解了我国保障房建设资金压力。
At present,China affordable housing sources mainly come from new creation,the affordable housing sources is too simple. Based on the entire housing market supply and demand,the paper analyzes necessity and practical way of commercial housing converted into affordable housing,which is in favor of structural optimization of affordable housing,making full use of spare real estate,while easing the financial pressure of housing con-struction.
