中暑并发急性肾损害3例

摘要 2013年杭州夏季高温,中暑患者增多,我科连续收治3例中暑并发急性肾损害患者。现报道如下： 1病例摘要 例1患者男16岁。2013年7月28日在户外搬运货物后,出现发热、恶心呕吐,少尿、尿色加深,持续1天后就诊。患者居室内无空调,住楼房顶层。体检：T 38℃,BP 9 6/7 0mmH g,心率〉110次/min,呼吸22次/min,神志清楚。
