耳蜗毛细胞相关细胞及影响因子的发育研究进展

摘要 听觉感知细胞即毛细胞,因其顶端被毛状的纤毛所覆盖而得名。人耳在出生时大约包含15000个毛细胞,随着年龄的增长数目逐渐减少。近年来,毛细胞是否再生的问题受到了国内外广大研究者越来越多的关注。Cruz等发现新生小鸡的耳蜗毛细胞在受损伤后有再生的能力,并被以后的许多实验证实。Forge等利用在体实验结合电镜研究,首先在豚鼠前庭系统观察到毛细胞再生,使毛细胞再生问题得到了突破性进展。本文通过对耳蜗毛细胞、耳蜗支持细胞及其影响因子进行综述,以进一步探讨耳蜗毛细胞的再生问题。
