摘要
文章对动筛跳汰机圆弧波浪式筛板设计过程中涉及到的筛板基本结构形状、筛面结构形状及其尺寸、筛条直径大小的选择理念和其对筛板技术性能的影响等进行了分析研究,总结出圆弧波浪式筛板具有圆弧线半径小、筛板整体稳定性好、较好的透水性能和较大的开孔率、使用寿命较长、可防止物料被卡住和堵塞筛孔等形状结构和技术特点。
Structure of screen plate, shape and size of screen deck, size choosing of screen bar’s dia are involved in design processing of moving sieve jig’s circular-arc waves screen plate, and whose effect on technical performance of screen plate, will be studied in this paper. We summarized circular-arc waves screen plate′s features, e.g. small dia, good overall stability, better permeability , greater opening rate, long service life, and it could prevent material stuck and screen aperture blocking.
