学习型组织理论是在20世纪90年代后的管理理论和实践中发展起来的一种新的理念,是系统动力学的理论结晶,是培养善于学习的创新型人才的重要途径。学习型组织理论的五项修炼为大学生思想政治教育提供了参照和借鉴,将有利于提高辅导员队伍的素质,培养团队精神,有利于提高大学生思想政治教育工作的实效;对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作将发挥积极的作用,对新形势下的大学生思想政治教育工作的创新具有现实意义。

The Learning Organization Theory is an idea which was developed in the management theory and practice after the 1990s. It is the result of the system dynamics theory and also an important way to cultivate the creative talents who are good at learn-ing. The five trainings of the Learning Organization Theory provide a reference for the college studentsˊ ideological and political educa-tion. It will do good to improve the quality of the counselor team as well as cultivate the team spirit. It is conducive to improve the actu-al effect of ideological and political education work. It also will play a positive role to strengthen and improve the college studentsˊideo-logical and political education work. It has practical significance on the innovation of the ideological and political education work under new situation.
