血必净注射液对严重多发伤患者脏器功能损害的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察血必净注射液对严重多发伤患者脏器功能损害的保护作用。方法将邢台市人民医院ICU 2007年5月—2013年11月收治的76例严重多发伤患者随机分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例)。两组均给予急诊多学科救治,观察组加用血必净注射液100 ml加生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注,2/d,疗程7 d,观察两组治疗前后凝血功能、С-反应蛋白含量、肝肾功能变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗第7天观察组凝血功能、肝肾功能明显改善,С-反应蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液通过改善凝血功能、降低炎性介质的释放来保护、改善严重多发伤患者重要脏器的功能。 Objective To observe the protective effect of Xuebijing injection on functional lesion of organ in patients with serious multiple wounds. Methods Seventy-six patients with serious multiple wounds were randomly divided into control group( n = 38) and treatment group( n = 38) during May 2007 and November 2013. All patients received treatments of multiple medical sciences in emergency department,and the treatment group underwent 100 ml Xuebijing injection and 100 ml physiological saline iv gtt for 2 times / d,and one course of treatment was 7 d. The changes of bloodcoagulation function,C-reactive protein and liver-kidney function were observed before and after the treatment. Results Compared with those before treatment,the blood-coagulation function and liver-kidney function were significantly improved,while the C-reactive protein level was significantly decreased on 7thd after the treatment( P〈0. 05); the indexes were more significantly improved in treatment group than those in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can protect and improve functional lesion of organ in patients with serious multiple wounds by improving blood-coagulation function and decreasing inflammatory mediators discharge.
