人类的需求是伴随着社会的发展和进步而有所改变的,在我国人民生活水平越来越高当今,人们对参与健身和保健的热情也在不断增加,也使得体育越来越贴近人民的生活,社会对体育的需求和对体育人才规格的要求也相应越来越高,这也就給我们在培养体育人才方面的规格提出了更高的要求。体育要服务于社会,就要针对社会的需求来培养体育人才。本文通过社会与体育的需求关系和高层次体育人才对社会化体育发展的重要性的分析,阐述了高层次体育人才培养目标架构和内容,为社会需求的高层次体育人才培养提供相应的理论基础。
