Research on Teaching of Enterprise Practice in the "3+1" Talent Training Mode——Teaching Reform in the Universities of Applied Technology

针对目前"3+1"人才培养模式中企业教学内容构建还不完善、达不到教学目的等问题,根据应用技术大学的人才培养目标要求,以人才的素质培养和专业能力培养为目的,研究和探索企业实践教学对人才培养的意义。

Aiming at the problems of ＂ 3＋ 1 ＂ Talent Training mode such as the enterprise＇ s teaching content construction is still not perfect and hardly to reach our goal, and according to the requirements of talent training in the universities of applied technology, this paper studies and explores the role of practice teaching in the enterprise.
