With the development of education innovation,training persons with competence for creativity is being paid more and more attention to.This paper puts forward the significance of training persons with competence for creativity.It also analyses the deep connotation of competence for creativity.Meanwhile it has come up with the strategies of training college students' competernce for creativity according to Chinese current higher education situation.
