摘要
本文从IT治理过程建模的视角入手,重点分析了当前IT治理过程中需求模型,并结合个人工作经验与规划思路从一定角度探讨了如何完整地搭建起服务于IT运维部门的运行维护管理平台系统。
This article from the IT governance process modeling perspective, focus on the analysis of the demand of the IT governance process model, combining with personal working experience and planning ideas from a certain angle to discuss how to complete the build service in the IT sector of operation and maintenance management system.
