Analysis and preventive measures on 930E truck front suspension oil leakage

在神华哈尔乌素露天煤矿矿区,因矿区采剥任务重、司机操作欠缺、维修技术不成熟等原因,930E卡车前悬挂不同程度的出现了渗漏油,增加了维修职工工作量,严重影响了设备出动率。针对该渗漏油进行了简要分析,并提出了相应的防范措施及注意事项。

Due to heavy mining and stripping task, driver operation fault and unmature maintenance technology in Shenhua Haerwusu open-pit coal mine area, 930 E truck front suspension emerged different degree oil leakage which increased the workload of maintenance workers and seriously affected equipment out rate. The article briefly analyzed the oil leakage problems and presented corresponding preventive measures and notes.
