摘要 输送机托辊与橡胶输送带下覆盖胶之间的压陷阻力在运行系统总阻力中所占的比重很大,耗能也最多,因此为了节省能耗,减小阻力,需要对橡胶输送带压陷阻力做深入的研究。利用有限元分析软件,对钢丝绳芯输送带进行仿真分析模拟,研究新型钢丝绳芯输送带(HHE型)相对于传统(ST型)输送带在减小压陷阻力方面的优势和力学性能。 Pressure resistance between conveyor roller and covered glue under rubber conveyor belt takes up large proportion and much energy consumption in the total resistance of operation system. In order to save energy consumption and reduce resistance, the article researches the pressure resistance of rubber conveyor belt. Using finite element analysis software, the article simulates and analyzes steel wire rope core conveyer belt, researches advantages and mechanical properties of new type steel wire rope core conveyer belt in reducing pressure resistance aspect.
