HPLC法测定恩施州产千层塔中石杉碱甲的含量研究

Content Determination of Huperzine in Huperzia serrate( Thunb. )Trev from Enshi by HPLC

目的：建立千层塔药材中石杉碱甲的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法对千层塔中石杉碱甲进行测定。结果：石杉碱甲对照品在0.0203~0.4028μg范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系（r=0.99973）,加样回收率为99.93%（RSD=2.34%,n=6）。结论：该方法操作简单,对照品石杉碱甲出峰早,重复性好,精密度较高,可作为千层塔中石杉碱甲的含量测定方法。

Objective： To study Huperzine in Huperzia serrate （ Thunb. ） Trey. Methods： Content Determination of Huperzine in Huperzia serrate （ Thunb. ） Trey by HPLC. Results ： The uracil in the range of 0. 0203 - 0. 4028 μg （ r = 0. 99973 ） was with a good linear relationship, and the total polysaccharide was 99. 93% （RSD =2. 34% , n =6） . Conclusion： The method is simple and can be used for the determination of Huperzine in Huperzia serrate （Thunb.） Trey.
