摘要
目的:观察电针、埋线对吗啡成瘾C57BL/6J小鼠昼夜节律的调整作用。方法:选用C57BL/6J小鼠42只,随机分为4组,分别为空白组、模型组、电针组、埋线组。运用"7 d递增成瘾法"进行造模,造模成功后空白组不造模不电针,模型组只造模不电针,电针组造模并电针,埋线组造模并埋线。第7 d运用纳洛酮催瘾,并密切观察其戒断症状评分以及各组小鼠的昼夜节律变化。结果:戒断评分:空白组无异常(P>0.05),电针组、模型组和埋线组出现戒断症状(P<0.05)。体重:空白组小鼠体重无变化(P>0.05),模型组、电针组、埋线组小鼠体重有明显下降(P<0.05)。昼夜节律:实验前各组小鼠昼夜节律与实验前相比无异常(P>0.05);实验开始后,空白组小鼠无变化;模型组小鼠有明显改变,表现在振幅和活动度与空白组和模型组相比具有明显差异(P<0.05);电针后小鼠振幅和活动度与空白组和模型组相比均有明显改变(P<0.05);埋线后,振幅与空白组和模型组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针与埋线组相比,其差异无统计学意义;实验前后各组的周期的变化均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针、埋线均可缓解小鼠戒断症状的严重程度,降低戒断评分,减轻吗啡成瘾小鼠体重下降的趋势;电针埋线均可明显改善吗啡成瘾小鼠昼夜节律的紊乱。
Objective: The research aims to discuss the effects of electro-acupuncture and catgut-implantation regulate circadian rhythm of morphine-addiction mice. Methods: Chose 42 C57BL/6J mice, and randomised for 4 groups, respectively are control group, model group, electro-acupuncture group and thread embedding group. Use the method of "increasing addiction for 7 days to model", then the control group mice accept no model and no electro-acupuncture, the model just model, the electro-acupuncture just electro-acupuncture and the thread embedding group accept model and thread embedding, after 7days, we use the Naloxone urged ad- diction and observe the change of circadian rhythm of every group mice. Results: Withdrawal symptom, the weight and circadian rhythm: the model group, the electro-acupuncture group and the thread embedding group have great change (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The electro-acupuncture and the thread embedding both can remission the severity of Withdrawal symptom, and alleviate the downtrend of mice weight ; and the two both can obviously improve the disorder of circadian rhythm.
