肾衰壮骨方治疗肾性骨病64例的临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察运用补肾生髓壮骨理论治疗肾性骨病的临床疗效。方法:选择肾性骨病肾精不足证患者64例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。对照组采用一般治疗,口服盖三淳;治疗组加服中药肾衰壮骨方。服药周期均为12 w,分别评价两组治疗前后的临床症状改善情况及肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)等指标变化情况。结果:1治疗组在改善肾功能、升高血钙、降低血磷及甲状旁腺激素水平等方面优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);2两组在降低症候积分方面,治疗组优于对照组。3两组有效率比较,治疗组总有效率84.4%,对照组总有效率56.3%,治疗组优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:肾衰壮骨方配合基础治疗能有效改善患者症状、升高血钙、降低血磷及甲状旁腺激素水平,可延缓肾性骨病病情进展。 Objective : To observe on the basis of the theory of kidney raw bones marrow in treatment of renal bone disease clini- cal curative effect. Methods: Choose 64 patients with kidney essence deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group (n = 32) . Control group with general therapy (control of blood pressure, blood glucose, correcting acid-base imbalance, etc. ), and oral cover three chun. Treatment group plus medicine bones renal failure. Medication cycle for 12 weeks, re- spectively evaluate the clinical symptoms improved in two groups before and after treatment and creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN), glomerular filtration rate (GFR), calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and parathyroid hormone (PTH), and other indica- tors. Results: ( 1 ) the treatment group in improving renal function, increase blood calcium, reduce blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone level is better than that in control group, with significant difference (P 〈 0. 05) ; (2) in the two groups in terms of reducing symptoms integral, the treatment group is better than the control group. (3) efficient compared two groups, treatment group total ef- fectiveness 84. 4%, control group total effectiveness 56. 3%, treatment group is better than that of control group, there were signifi- cant differences (P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion: patients with renal failure bones can effectively improve symptoms, increase blood calci- um, reduce blood phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels, can delay kidney failure disease progression.
