Professor LI Fei's Experiences in Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis by ZHANG Zhong-jing's Prescription of Dysentery and Diarrhea

目的:初步探讨仲景治利方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的证治规律。方法:通过例举李飞教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎病案,总结李飞教授运用仲景治方利治疗溃疡性结肠炎的选方用药经验。结论:溃疡性结肠炎的治疗应遵循仲景辨证施治精神,灵活运用诸法诸药,不可拘泥于一法或一方。

Objective： To discuss the law of syndrome and treatment in ulcerative colitis by ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s prescription of dysentery and diarrhea. Methods： According to taking medical records of ulcerative colitis by Professor LI Fei as example, sum up the experiences in treatment of ulcerative colitis by ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s prescription. Conclusion： The treatment of ulcerative colitis should be follow the rule of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, using the prescriptions and herbal medicines flexibly, do not adhere to one therapy or prescription rigidly.
