摘要
为了解决煤与瓦斯突出的因素复杂众多,使防突工作缺乏针对性的问题,采用模糊综合评判法确定了影响4331工作面煤巷掘进突出危险性的因素。针对地质构造这一最主要影响因素,设计了穿层钻孔预抽构造带瓦斯的措施;同时采用开采保护层、卸压预抽和隔断式抽放与超前钻孔相结合的预抽措施,消除了掘进工作面的突出危险,使煤巷掘进速度达300 m/月。
To solve the problem that gas outburst prevention work lacks pertinence, the main factors that influencing outburst hazard of coal roadway tunneling face, were determined using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. According to the main factors, by using the comprehensive measures of gas pre-drainage by through stratum drillings, protective seam mining, relieving pressure pre-drainage, isolated gas drainage and advanced drilling pre-drainage, the coal and gas outburst danger of N04331 tunneling face was economically and efficiently eliminated and the excavating rate of coal roadway reached 300m per month.
