The fast installation technology of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height

综采工作面设备重型化发展,对设备的安装技术提出新的要求,尤其是大采高综采工作面设备安装一直困扰着煤炭生产,通过实践和不断探索,采用大功率无轨胶轮车快速运输,统筹安排,优化工序,实现工作面设备的多工序交叉平行快速安装,能有效缩短工期,降低安全风险。实践表明:该技术具有较好的可靠性和安全性,解决了大采高综采工作面设备快速安装难题。

With the development of heavy equipments in fully mechanized mining face, the new requirements for equipments installation are improved, especially fully mechanized mining face with large mining height. Through practice and continuous exploration, u- sing high-power trackless tyred vehicle for equipment transportation, the fast installation of mining equipments is implemented, the con- struction period is shorted effectively and the safety risk is reduced. The practice shows that the technology has a good safety and relia- bility and can solve the fast installation problem of equipments in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
