This paper discusses the design of the general report generator,which is highly functional and easy to use.It adopts Excel as a tool for report form design and report print,fully utilizes Excel strong form editing function and statistical analysis function and satisfies users different report forms and the demand of data mining.This tool has been used in many MIS systems.
