摘要
本实验共选取80名高职一年级新生,分为人数相等的两组进行对比研究。干预组采用音乐干预手段,对照组采用常规音乐教学手段,通过为期8周的实验,采用SCL-90等量表来测量两组学生的负性情绪水平。研究结果表明,音乐干预能够有效降低高职学生的负性情绪水平。
Music has various mental efficiencies, such as transfer, catharsis, infection. By means of music intervention to higher vocational students’negative emotions to positive effect; the paper proves that it can achieve the goal of slowing students’negative emotions. 80 freshmen are selected in this experiment, and they are divided into two groups equally. The intervention group is interfered by means of music intervention, while the control group adopts the conventional music teaching method. The SCL-90 scales is used to measure the two groups’level of negative emotions. After 8 weeks, it shows that music intervention can effectively reduce the vocational students’level of negative emotions.
