摘要
对5m滚切剪机构进行运动学仿真分析,根据运动机构参数构建立了滚切剪机构模型,对机构模型加载、关键点轨迹、特殊位置及剪刃重合度进行了详细分析。结论表明,机构参数设计合理。现场实践也证明,机构运行平稳,剪切质量优异。
In this article, the mechanism kinematics simulation for 5m rolling shear is analyzed, according to the motion parameters of rolling shear, the mechanism model is built, the organization model loading, key point locus, special position and cutting edge coincidence degree are analyzed in detail.Conclusion reasonable parameters design is right.The practice also proved, mechanism run smoothly, the shearing quality is very good.
