摘要
安钢现有2000级以上大型高炉3座,高炉炉渣处理系统在实际运行过程中,有些指标达不到设计要求且存在一些不足,特别是转鼓渣水溢流造成热水池、冷却塔积渣、泡沫渣大量外溢及每小时近200m3/h循环水外排,造成生产受到制约,附近河道污染及大量水资源的流失。针对上述情况,就相关改造情况进行了阐述。
Anyang Iron&Steel Co., Ltd 2200m3 blast furnace dregs treating system has some deficiency, which are not meet the needs of the design in the Anyang I/S Co., Ltd, especially the bubble dregs overflows and the circular water drains at a speed of 200m3/h, which affects the output of the production, the pollution of the near-by rivers and the great loss of water resources.According to the problems, this thesis deals with the improvement of such device.
