浅谈省级师范生基本功大赛背景下的小学英语师资培养

On the Primary English Teacher Training under the Background of Provincial Student Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition

江苏省组织开展的全省师范生教学基本功大赛内容包括基础知识、通用技能和专业技能三部分。此项赛事是强化教学实践环节、提升新师资培养质量的有力保证,更是创新教师培养模式、检阅师范生培养质量的标尺。大赛折射出英语教育专业人才培养的问题有二:重语言知识的讲授,轻综合素养的培养;重语言理论学习,轻教师技能实践。应采取相应措施弥补不足:优化课程设置,增强文化意识;强化技能训练,夯实教学实践。

The provincial student teachers＇ basic teaching skills competition organized by Jiangsu Province includes basic knowledge,general skills and professional skills.This competition is the guarantee to Strengthen teaching practice and improve the training quality of new teachers;it is also the standard for innovating teachers＇ training mode and inspecting the student teachers＇ training quality.Two problems on the English teacher training were reflected by the competition：more language knowledge lecturing and less comprehensive quality training;more language theory learning and less teaching skills practice.Measures such as optimizing curriculum setting, enhancing culture awareness, strengthening skill training and reinforcing teaching practice should be undertaken to make up for the deficiency.
