摘要
目前少数教师参与企业实践活动还流于形式,尚未达到实践锻炼的真正目的。教师到企业实践活动有调查研究型、培训进修型、顶岗挂职型等多种型式。只有统筹规划,加强考核评比,才能提升高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才培养质量,增强职业学校服务社会、服务企业的能力。
Currently, though a few teachers have participated in industry practice, it is still quite superficial and the true objective of this practice has not been achieved. Teachers' industry practice includes different types such as investigation, training and post practice. This essay suggests that with overall planning and evaluation, the talent training quality could be improved, and the social and industry service abilities could be strengthened. K
