摘要
德国是世界上职业教育最发达的国家之一,有着完善的职业教育体系、严格的师资培训制度、配套的职业教育法规,更有其经济腾飞的"秘密武器"——"双元制"职业教育模式。借鉴德国经验,我国应建立健全农业职业教育法律保障体系,引导农业行业企业参与,培养"双师型"师资队伍等,企业才能走上富有中国特色的农业职业教育快速发展的道路。
Germany is one of the most developed countries for vocational education. It has perfect vocational education system, strict teacher training system, supporting vocational education regulations, and ＂dual system＂ vocational education mode. To draw reference from the experience of Germany, we should establish and perfect agricultural vocational education legal safeguard system, lead agricultural enterprises to participate in vocational education, and construct teaching faculty with ＂double competency＂, in order for the rapid development of agricultural enterprises with Chinese characteristics.
