文化软实力已成为职业学校核心竞争力的重要组成部分,也是职业学校实现新跨越的支点。职业学校文化建设可从创新培训方式构建开放型职业学校,促进校企融合引进企业先进文化,依托先进科技助推现代文明,创设科研氛围打造学术团队,巩固资助体系营造温馨家园几个路径切入。为避免职业学校文化建设陷入千校一面的泥潭,职业学校需张扬个性,大胆创新。
Culture has become an important part of the core competitiveness in vocational schools, which is also of great significance for the schools＇ development. Culture construction can be undertaken in the following aspects： constructing open vocational schools with innovative training methods, promoting school -enterprise cooperation and introducing advanced enterprise culture; promoting advanced technology to boost modern civilization; creating scientific research atmosphere for academic team construction; and consolidating financial aid system. Culture construction in vocational schools should highlight school characteristics with bold innovation.
