Literature Contributions to Cultural Inheritance:Discussion on the Zheng Chenggong Belief and the Literature Value behind It

郑成功被誉为"爱国诗人"且具备"文化英雄"之形象,虽然时间已过去三百多年,当今的人们却依旧对郑成功这一位历史人物与相关之文学、文化保持极大的兴趣。尤其是在台湾地区、中国大陆与日本,郑成功信仰已经成为一个带有国际性的文化现象与长盛不衰的研究母题。那么,这种现象是如何产生和形成?其与民间的文学艺术如何交融互织?试以日本与台湾地区作为两个不同的文化平台,略作比较,以凸显其文学艺术影响层面的多元特性,并阐述信仰文化透过文学力量更能深植人心的实例。

Cheng-gong Zheng （Koxinga） is hailed as a ＂patriotic poet＂, and is also possessed with the ＂culture hero＂ image. Though almost three hundred years have passed, people nowadays still maintain great interest towards him and literature or cultural assets related to him. Especially in Taiwan, China's Mainland and Japan, worship of Zheng （Koxin- ga） has been an international cultural phenomenon and everlasting research subject. How did this phenomenon arise and form？ How did it blend with folk culture and art？ This article attempts to compare Japan and Taiwan as two different cul- ture platforms, to highlight the plural characteristics of cultural and artistic influence layers, and to illustrate how did culture of belief imprinted on human minds through the power of literature.
