Ammonia reacted with C02to produce ammonium carbonate, which reacted with phosphogypsum to produce ammonium sulphate. By-product of CaCO3 was dried, decomposed to produce lime by high soi- id-gas ratio suspension preheat decomposition technology. According to production problems, scientific and technical personnel replaced equipment materials, added filters, and optimized the operating parameters.
