摘要
数字化电能计量系统是通过IEC 61850-8-1协议的站控层MMS网络主动传送电能信息到数字化的ERTU终端中,国内大部分厂家IE C61850站控层通信协议的实现是利用SISCO_MMS协议包进行二次开发,加大了开发成本.提出使用libpcap和ASN.1技术实现MMS协议,从而实现IEC 61850站控层通信协议.
In fully digital power metering system, the electrical energy information is transmitted to digital ERTU terminal via MMS network on the station control layer based on IEC 61850 - 8 - 1 protocol. Most domestic manufacturers achieve IEC 61850 station level communication protocols using SISCO_MMS protocol packets for the secondary development, and increase the development costs. A simple MMS protocol using libpcap and ASN. 1 technology is proposed, which realizes the communication protocol on the station control layer.
