摘要
智能电表是安装于电力用户侧的智能终端设备,具有双向通信、采集数据、远程预付费、窃电监测、停电监测、远程维护升级、控制用户设备等作用.在阐述智能电表基本原理的基础上,分析了各类常见故障以及在作者单位上线表的故障年统计数据,提出了智能表在验收及更换时应注意的事项.
Smart meter is the smart terminal installed on the side of power customers which has the function of bidirectional communication, data acquisition, remote prepayment, power theft and outage monitoring, remote maintenance and upgrade, user equipment control etc. Based on the principle of smart meter, kinds of common failures and the statistical data of online meters are analyzed. The key points for acceptance checking and replacing of smart meter are presented.
