计量异常监测主要是对现场运行的电能计量装置数据进行实时采集、监测与分析管理,从客户现场安装的采集装置中提取现场的用电信息,通过对这些现场用电数据进行综合对比分析,并根据一定的判断条件来得出客户用电及计量装置现场运行是否正常.将用电信息采集系统拓展应用到电力营销工作、计量异常监测中,提出了对预付费客户进行计量监测的计量异常监测单元模块,并证明了其高效性与实时性.

Abnormal metering monitoring is mainly to realize the real - time acquisition, the monitoring, analysis and management of the data from electric energy metering devices in field operation. The power consumption information comes from the acquisition devices which are installed on customer＇s site. By comparing and analyzing these power consumption data with the certain criterion, it is possible to figure out whether the power consumption and metering devices are normal or not. The power consumption information acquisition system is extended into the application of abnormal metering monitoring in electric power marketing. Abnormal monitoring unit module is presented for the metering supervision of pre - paid customers and the module is proven to be effective and real - timing.
