建筑外窗渗漏防治及模拟台风淋水检测的创新研究

Innovation Study on Prevention and Control of External Windows Leakage and Water Pouring Test with Simulation of Typhoon

沿海地区外窗渗漏问题一直是极难根治且较为常见的质量问题,论文对外窗的设计、材料、工艺等方面进行技术升级改进,并创造性地提出安装完毕后模拟台风状态下进行淋水检测。所提到的设计、施工、检验三位一体的外窗渗漏防治措施,对解决外窗渗漏常见质量问题效果显著。

Leakage of external window is a common quality problem difficult to be solved in coastal areas. In this paper,the designs,materials,and processing technologies of the external windows have been improved. After the installation of external window,water pouring tests with simulation of typhoon conditions have been creatively performed. We prove that the improvements of designs,construction and inspection are effective measures to prevent and control the leakage of external window.
