摘要 研究采用计算机网络技术、3G通信技术、云存储技术、远程视频监控和GIS技术等多种信息技术手段搭建质量安全信息化监管的综合工作平台,实现对建设工程项目质量安全的全方位动态监管,及时发现和消除工程质量安全隐患,提高质量安全监管的工作效率,为建设行政主管部门对工程项目施工全过程监管决策提供数据依据,并介绍了质量安全信息化监管的综合工作平台的应用情况。 Adopts various information technologies,such as the computer network technology,3G communication technology,cloud storage technology,remote video monitoring and GIS technology to build integrated platform monitored by quality and safety information. In this way,the construction projects’ quality and safety can be managed by a full range of dynamic supervision,the hidden danger of engineering quality can be discovered and eliminate in time and the efficiency of quality and safety supervision can be improved. All of these provide data base for administrative department in charge of construction on project construction process supervision decision. This paper also introduces the application of integrated platform monitored by quality and safety information in detail.
