摘要
本文分析了石膏微纤维和木质纤维的纤维形态特性,把三种形态存在差异的石膏晶须加入到植物纤维中,全面分析石膏微纤维对纸张物理性能的影响。研究结果表明,在植物纤维中加入一定量的石膏微纤维,纸张的白度和不透明度随添加量明显提高,耐破度、耐折度有不同程度的下降,当石膏晶须加入量在0-15%时,纸张抗张强度和撕裂度有提升,加入量超过15%则开始下降。
The morphologies of gypsum whisker and wood fibers were analyzed. The effect of gypsum whisker on physical properties of paper is discussed by adding three different forms of gypsum whisker to the plant fiber. The results show that the addition of a certain amount of gypsum whisker will lead to obvious increase in brightness and opacity of paper and decrease in burst index and folding endurance. When the dosage of gypsum whisker was controlled between 0 and 15% , the tensile strength and tearing strength of paper will increase. However, if the dosage is over 15%, the tensile strength and tearing strength of paper will decline.
