At University College London (UCL), Postgraduate Teaching Assistants (PGTA) are the assistants for professors, the reserved resources for future university teachers, and service providers for students. PGTA can alleviate the teaching pressure of professors and better guarantee the teaching quality by offering help to the undergraduate students. UCL has developed strict conditions for PGTA and implemented throughout training and objective evaluation on them. This effective system ensures the high-level undergraduate education at UCL.
