摘要
高校教师挂职锻炼不仅是教师的个人行为,更是高校联合相关行业部门共同实施的教师专业发展行动,具有促进高校教师专业持续发展的现实意义。从自评的维度,教师挂职锻炼对教师个人专业成长具有积极影响:促进教师养成乐于教学的态度,促进教师全面提升教学能力。高校教师应正确认识挂职锻炼的意义,积极主动参与挂职锻炼,认真履行挂职锻炼任务,真正促进自己的专业成长。
College teachers serving on a short-term basis in a leading position is a professional development program promoted by the joint efforts of colleges and the related units. It is of realistic significance in boosting the sustainable professional development of college teachers. This sort of service may help teachers find the pleasure in teaching and enhance their overall teaching ability. College teachers should have a correct understanding of the service and take active part in it.
