摘要
新生研讨课是大学本科教学领域的一种新型的课程和教学模式。与研究型高校重视学术性转换相比,普通高校新生研讨课应更加侧重适应性转换;在课程内容方面,不仅要进行专题研讨来拓展学生的思维,更要设计有助于学生更好地适应大学生活的内容;普通高校的新生研讨课可以采用组织教学团队的形式开展教学。目前普通高校新生研讨课主要存在教师重视程度不够、课程延续性差、教学地点不够灵活等弊端,还需要进一步改善。
Freshman seminar is a new course and teaching mode in undergraduate education. Unlike the research-oriented universities stressing academic transformation, freshman seminars in generally- oriented colleges should lay more emphasis on adaptive transformation. Particular topics should be selected to widen the mind of students and, more importantly, to help them better adapt to college life. The seminars can be organized by a specially-structured teaching team. The existing problems in the present freshman seminars include the insufficient devotion of the teachers, inadequacy in the continuity of the course, inflexible teaching sites, and so on.
