水解制备糠醛催化剂效果减弱原因探讨

摘要 实验选用了一种ZSM-5分子筛,采用适当进行改性,作为催化剂用于水解制备糠醛.通过5次间歇反应实验,考察了催化剂使用次数对催化效果的影响,并探讨了催化剂效果减弱的原因. Experimental test on ZSM-5 molecular sieve was carried out by using appropriate modification methodspreparation of furfural hydrolysis catalyst. By five batch reaction experiments,the effect of the catalytic effect wasinvestigated,and the reason of catalyst effect decreasing was discussed.
