基于城市设计的视角,以扬州市为例,深入分析了扬州市的空间特色资源要素,将扬州的城市特色凝练为"古、文、水、绿、秀"五大方面,构建了"一区、一轴、一带"的城市特色空间结构框架,并对重点空间特色区域提出了具体的控制与引导要求,以保护城市传统风貌、发扬地域文化、彰显城市空间特色。

Based on the perspective of the urban planning,the paper has the deep analysis of the spatial characteristic resource elements in Yang-zhou,summarizes its urban features as the age-old,culture,waters,green and elegance,constructs the urban characteristic spatial structural framework with“one district,one axis,and one stripe”,and points out the concrete control and guidance demands from the space characteristic regions,so as to protect the traditional landscape,develop the regional culture and reflect the urban space characteristics.
