城市老旧房屋的抗震加固技术及性能应用研究

通过搜集文献,总结和归纳出较为适合城市砖混结构老旧房屋建筑的抗震加固技术,尤其是新型的减隔震技术,并从性能效果、施工周期、经济成本等方面进行了对比分析,为国内城市老旧建筑的抗震加固改造提供了有价值的建议和意见。

Through various kinds of literature, the article draws the conclusion that the seismic strengthening technology is more suitable for the old brick concrete structure building, especially the new seismic isolation technology, from comparisons and analysts between the performance, the construction cycle, the economic costs and other factors, provide more evaluable suggestions and opinions in the issue of old buildings aseis- mic reinforcement of the domestic city.
