试论工业锅炉安装中的质量控制

Discussion on industrial boiler installation quality control

对锅炉各部位(排炉、锅炉前后拱、锅炉门、看火孔)常见的安装问题进行了分析,着重从人员、材料、图纸会审、锅炉钢架安装、受热面管焊接等方面阐述了锅炉安装中的质量控制要点,以确保锅炉的正常运行。

The paper analyzes boiler parts（ boiler,pre-boiler and post-boiler arch,boiler gate and fire monitoring entrance）installation prob-lems,and describes boiler installation quality control points from aspects of staff,material,draft auditing,steel boiler frame installation and hot pipe welding and so on,with a view to guarantee normal boiler operation.
