摘要
依据工程变更的概念,对引发工程变更的因素进行了分析,探讨了工程变更对市政工程造价的影响,从招标文件制定、工程量清单编制、图纸设计、施工合同签订等方面提出了控制建设项目工程变更的措施,以减少工程变更现象的发生。
According to the engineering change concept, this paper analyzed the trigger factors of engineering change, discussed the influence of project change to municipal engineering cost, from tender documents formulation, BOQ preparation, drawing design, construction contract signing and other aspects put forward the measures to control of construction project engineering change, in order to reduce the occurrence of engineering change phenomenon.
