我国老年护理人员从业现状及应对策略

Occupational Situation of Caregivers for the Aged People and the Responding Strategy

随着我国的老龄化快速发展,老年人口的高龄化、空巢、失能趋势明显,老年护理从业人员的需求增加,目前老年护理人员供求严重失衡,护理人员素质较低,地区分配不平衡对老年护理业的发展带来极大的困扰。我国应从建立适合我国老龄化严峻形势下的老年护理人员制度,开展老年护理人员教育,加强职业态度培训,加大老年护理人员的政策扶持以及提高护理人员的社会地位等方面来建立一支专业素质强,职业素质高的老年护理人员队伍,促进我国的老年护理业更好地发展,从而让每个老年人拥有一个积极、健康、有爱的晚年生活。

With the rapid growth of the aging population in China, the aged is increasingly suffering from older age, empty nest, and dis-ability. The demand for professional caregivers for aging people is rising. However, imbalance of the demand and supply, poor quality and uneven regional distribution of the caregivers have resulted in a huge obstacle to the growth of the aged people care service industry. In China, to offer more caregivers with high professional and ethical quality, an industry system fitting the severe situation of aging population should be established, a strong talent pool of caregivers for the aged should be built, and the training of the professional attitude of the caregivers should be strengthened. Moreover, the government could offer policy support and promote social status of the caregivers. In this way, the industry of care service for the aged could grow well, helping the aged spend their old age being vigorous, healthy and loved.
