The Construction of Information with Regard to Working out the Budget of Geological Survey Project

项目预算编制在整个地质调查项目预算管理中占有十分重要的地位,其水平直接影响了财政资金匹配与资金效益的发挥,然而现阶段项目预算编制处于手工状态,编制质量和效率均不高。文章通过项目预算编制信息化需求分析,构建地质调查项目预算编制系统,重点解决了预算标准使用自动化、地区调整系数的自动获取和报表输出等技术问题,实现了地质调查项目预算编制信息化,减轻了预算编制工作强度,提高了工作效率,促进了预算管理规范化。

Working out the budget of geological survey project plays an important role in the whole geological survey project budget management, its level directly impacts financial fund matching, and the effectiveness of the funds. However, at this stage, project budgeting has not reached automation with low quality and efifciency. This paper mainly introduces the construction of budgeting system of geological survey project. This system is mainly to solve the technical problems such as making and obtaining budget rules by using automation,automaticretrievals of regional adjustment coefifcient, and report outputs. Through these efforts, the budgeting of geological survey project is made under information-based, with lower workload, high work efifciency. And the budget management is improved under prescribed standards.
