摘要
目的:通过对白术与於术的性状、显微、薄层色谱和化学成分进行比较,阐明於术的道地性。方法:采用显微镜进行显微鉴别比较,采用薄层色谱仪进行薄层色谱鉴别比较,采用高效液相色谱仪测定活性成分的含量测定。结果:白术与於术的显微鉴别中石细胞、纤维和导管结构相似,但是白术的菊糖少,针晶、石细胞较多而於术的菊糖多,针晶、石细胞较少;薄层色谱鉴别中於术与白术在相同位置同时出现桃红色主斑点;含量测定中於术的白术内酯I较高,白术内酯II以及苍术素较低,新昌白术的白术内酯I、白术内酯II、白术内酯III和苍术素均较高,磐安白术的白术内酯I和白术内酯III均较高,太阳镇白术的白术内酯I、白术内酯II和白术内酯III均较低。结论:通过以上几项研究,阐明了於术药材的道地性,从而为白术的资源开发、质量评价以及在临床上更多的合理应用提供了一定的依据。
Objective: Through dialogue surgery with surgery traits,microscopy,thin layer chromatography and chemical composition for comparison to clarify the genuineness of the surgery. Methods: The microscopic identification was used. By using thin- layer chromatography we identified the TLC comparison and by using high performance liquid chromatography to measure the content of active ingredient determination. Results: The microscopic identification of stone cells,fiber and duct structure was similar but less Atractylodes inulin in Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz and the needle crystal stone cells were more while Atractylades Macrocephalacv Yuzhu was the opposite. The thin layer chromatography identified patients with white surgery in the same location at the same time appearing pink main spots. Atractylodes lactone I content was higher and the Atractylodes lactone II and atractylodin were lower in Atractylades Macrocephalacv Yuzhu. Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz in Xinchang has higher contents of lactone II,atractylenolide III and atractylodin. Pan Atractylodes Atractylodes lactone I and atractylenolide III were higher. Atractylodes Atractylodes in Taiyang Town lactone I and atractylenolide III and atractylenolide III were lower. Conclusions: Through the above several studies to clarify in surgery medicine authentic,it provides some basis for Atractylodes resource development,quality assessment and clinical more reasonable application.
