益气活血解毒方药中葛根单提及与其他成分配伍对活性成分提取率的影响

Influence of Active Ingredient Extraction Yield of Radix Puerariae Alone or Compatibility with Other Ingredients in Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Prescription

目的：观察益气活血解毒方药中药物葛根单提及与其他成分配伍对活性成分葛根素提取率的影响,探讨益气活血解毒方药等中医配伍的意义。方法：采用高效液相色谱法建立葛根素含量的测定方法;测定葛根、葛根分别与益气活血解毒方药中其他药物黄芪,黄芩配伍后活性成分葛根素的含量,比较配伍对提取率的影响。结果：葛根素的线性回归方程为：y=1201.3x＋269.18（r=0.9997）,葛根素在7.8~300μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系。益气活血解毒方药中葛根与黄芩共提对葛根素的提取有一定的提高,而与黄芪及三味药共提对葛根素的提取有一定的抑制作用。结论：益气活血解毒方药等中医配伍后在活性成分的提取有一定影响,从化学角度探讨中医药配伍意义;若在实际生产中,要目的性地提高葛根素的提取,可将葛根与黄芩共提,葛根与黄芪分开提取,为制药工业工艺设计提供参考。

Objective： To probe the meaning of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine through the influence of the active ingredient extraction yield of Radix Puerariae alone or compatibility with other ingredients in Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Prescription. Methods： Puerarin content determination method was established by HPLC. We determined the content of puerarin of Radix Puerariae alone or compatibility with Scutellaria baicalensis and Astragalus to compare its extraction efficiency. Results： Puerarin linear regression equation： y = 1201. 3x ＋ 269. 18（ r = 0. 9997）,7. 8l ~ 300 μg / m L range was linear. Radix Puerariae compatibility with Scutellaria baicalensis could certain increase the content of Puerarin,compatibility with Astragalus or three altogether could certain inhibite its content. Conclusion： We can discuss the meaning of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine form the point of view of chemistry,such as the influence of the active ingredient extraction yield after compatibility in Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Prescription. And in the actual production,we can consider to increase the extraction efficiency of puerarin through Radix Puerariae compatibility with Scutellaria baicalensis,not Astragalus.
