摘要
目的：建立怀药熟地黄中地黄苷A的反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）含量测定法及薄层色谱（TLC）定性鉴别法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法对不同产地样品中地黄苷A成分的含量进行测定,采用TLC法进行定性鉴别。结果：HPLC含量测定地黄苷A在0.336~2.016μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999773,平均加样回收率为98.51%,RSD为1.23%（n=6）,样品中地黄苷A精密度RSD为1.72%（n=6）;采用该方法测定了10批次怀药熟地黄中地黄苷A。结论：所建方法快速、简便、准确,可作为怀药熟地黄中地黄苷A的定量控制方法,并建议怀药熟地黄按干燥品计算,含地黄苷A应不低于0.12%。
Objective： To establish the determination of the contents of Rehmannioside A in Huai- medicine Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata by RP- HPLC Method： The Rehmannioside A for different regions sample were identified by RP- HPLC. Results： The determined of Rehmannioside A showed a good linearity within the range of 0. 336 ~ 2. 016 μg,r= 0. 999773. The average recovery and RSD were 98. 51 % and 1. 23（ n = 6）; The Rehmannioside A for 10 different kinds sample were identified by the method. Conclusion： The established method is rapid,convenient and accurate,which can be used to determine Rehmannioside A in RadixRehmanniae Praeparata. And suggested,the content of iridoid glycosides in dry Huai- medicine Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,which calculated on Rehmannioside A Should be not less than0. 12%.
