腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠道功能恢复的中西医结合治疗效果

Integrative Medicine Treatment for Gastrointestinal Function Recovery in Patients after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨益肠汤联合常规治疗对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:将128例接受LC术后患者随机分为两组,对照组(41例)采用补液、抗感染等常规治疗,治疗组(41例)在此基础上加用益肠汤治疗。比较分析两组的术后胃肠功能恢复情况、血浆胃泌素水平及不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组禁食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间及排便时间均显著缩短(P<0.05);术后1 d、2 d、3 d,治疗组血浆胃泌素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组恶心、腹痛的发生率为4.7%、6.3%,显著高于对照组17.2%、20.3%(P<0.05)。结论:LC术后患者在常规治疗的基础上,口服益肠汤可促进胃肠功能恢复,减少术后并发症。

Objective： To explore the influence of Yichang Decoction combined with normal treatment for gastrointestinal function recovery in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（ LC）. Methods： 128 patients after LC were randomly divided into two groups. Control group（ n = 64） was given normal treatment including fluid infusion,anti- infection and treatment group（ n = 64） was given Yichang Decoction additionally. The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,level of plasma gastrin and adverse effect were observed. Result： Compared with control group,the fasting time,bowel sound recovery time,exhaust time and defecate time were reduced remarkably（ P〈0. 05）. The level of plasma gastrin at1 st,2ndand 3rdafter surgery in treatment group was significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidences of nausea and bellyache in treatment group was 4. 7% and 6. 3%,which were significantly lower than thsoe in control group（ 17. 2%,20. 3%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Combination use of Yichang Decoction and normal treatment can contribute to promote recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the postoperative complications.
